Time travel, Charlie Chaplin and a horse painted as a zebra are not a collective one would expect, but some previously unreleased footage from Charlie Chaplin’s 1928 film “The Circus” has caused quite a stir.
The footage shows what looks like a woman talking on a cell phone, while walking past a horse painted like a zebra, some are claiming that this is the first video evidence of time travel.
Irish filmmaker, George Clarke, picked up on the footage and published it on YouTube, claiming that the video has not been tampered with in any way.
