Air New Zealand Skycouch
Air New Zealand will be introducing a new seating configuration in its economy class on select Bowing 777 flights on its Los Angeles and London routes, that may encourage passengers to join the mile high club.
The new seating option will be availible in the 3 seats in a row configuration, passengers will be able to retract the arm rests and pull up the foot rests to create a futon styled bed.
The ‘Skycouch’ configuration will be availible early next year, allowing passengers to sleep side-by-side like they would at home.
We think that some enterprising passengers will be encouraged to make use of the new seating configuration to join the Mile High Club.
