Official Engagement Photos
Engagement photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton were released Sunday by the prince’s office.
The pictures were taken by fashion photographer Mario Testino, who captured some of the most iconic images of William’s late mother, Princess Diana.
A formal portrait shows the couple in Buckingham palaces Council Chamber, in front of William’s royal ancestors.
The other is a more casual pose, with Williams arms around Kate.
Both feature the a prominently displayed and gorgeous blue sapphire engagement ring that was previously owned by Princess Diana.
